This conceptual design was created for a client looking to establish their business in a prime retail space at 400 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, Florida at 2,000 sqft. Though unbuilt, the project served as a visualization tool for investors, showcasing the unique vision for a vino-therapy social club. The space was designed to blend luxury, wellness, and sensory experiences, featuring med spas and four distinct wine bars, each curated to engage and celebrate one of the human senses.

All design work, including spatial planning, material selection, and conceptual renderings, was completed by Veloria Interiors & Design, ensuring a sophisticated and immersive experience that redefines the intersection of wine, wellness, and social connection.
